Description: The software has been created as general product for security cross platforms working at the same time with wireless and wired IP webcams, Television-cards, capture boards, power-line, and USB webcams. It has web interface with the similar appearance and functionality on the local and apart workstations. Customers view MPEG-4 coded video and have full management of the program using net that surveillance server can be run with no monitor, keyboard, and mouse connected. Program`s modular configuration significantly boosts reliability because all units operate as autonomous applications. If one module fails, other components continue working. For example if the `record` unit stops working, `watchdog` starts over it immediately that users don`t notice anything because they are watching picture using a `playback` component. The software performs `repeated` recording that the `hard drive full` situation never happens. The recording can be constant or it can be activated by motion, human face detection, or by timetable. The software has pre-alarm and post-alarm recording. Playing back recorded video is pretty simple and performs on the surveillance server as well as on remote station using Web interface. The program performs synchronized video playback for event analysis from many cameras at the same time. Also recorded data can be searched by date, time or by face detected. All recorded information can be encrypted and password protected.
